Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR Kuz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

QR Kuz is a free, browser-based QR code generator that allows users to create QR codes from various types of data, including URLs, text, WiFi credentials, contact information, and more. The Service generates QR codes entirely on the client side — no user data is transmitted to our servers during QR code generation.

User Responsibilities

As a user of QR Kuz, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service to generate QR codes that link to harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Not attempt to disrupt, disable, or impair the proper functioning of the Service
• Not use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the Service without our express permission
• Not upload files that contain malware, viruses, or any other harmful code

Intellectual Property

The QR Kuz name, logo, design, and website layout are our intellectual property. The QR codes you generate using our Service are your property. We make no claim of ownership over the content you encode or the QR codes you create.

The QR Code Styling library used by our Service is licensed under the MIT License. Tailwind CSS is licensed under the MIT License.

User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of any data you encode into QR codes using our Service. Since QR code generation happens entirely in your browser, we do not store, access, or have the ability to retrieve the content of your QR codes.

For file uploads (PDFs, images, videos), files are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2. We reserve the right to remove uploaded files that violate these terms or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

QR Kuz is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

In no event shall QR Kuz be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QR Kuz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
